We’ve heard it all before: “We’ve been looking at new houses, but they all look the same.” That’s the cookie-cutter effect where houses are built by a ‘formula’. In the rare occasion you do get to pick something, selections are limited to A, B, or C.
Why not get exactly what YOU want?
Most existing new houses have marketing budgets and predetermined interest payments figured in and passed on to the buyer. We can usually build the “same” house for less – with exactly the features and finishes you choose.
Most builders outsource everything. We’re not most builders.
Right next to our office, we run a full wood shop where we design and build custom features that make your home uniquely yours. Want built-in bookshelves flanking your fireplace? We’ll build them. Need a custom mudroom bench with storage cubbies sized exactly for your family? Done. Dreaming of floating shelves, window seats, barn doors, or a one-of-a-kind entertainment center? We’ve got the tools, the skills, and the time to make it happen.
This in-house approach gives us three major advantages. First, quality control—we’re not relying on a subcontractor who may or may not share our standards. Second, flexibility—if you change your mind mid-project or want to adjust dimensions on the fly, we can adapt quickly without renegotiating contracts or waiting weeks for a third party. And third, cost savings—by keeping this work in-house, we eliminate the middleman markup that typically gets passed on to you.

Adam Mongold
Owner
Adam Mongold has been a Construction Superintendent since 2005 but has been working for the company in different capacities since 1998. In addition to his extensive knowledge in custom residential construction, he has a Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University with a concentration in design.
Charity Mongold
Charity Mongold is the Office Manager that oversees administrative tasks. She also heads the sales department and sees to it that each home buyer gets the best quality materials and services at the best prices available. Charity is also a graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science and a concentration in Business.
John Mongold
Adam Mongold has been a Construction Superintendent since 2005 but has been working for the company in different capacities since 1998. In addition to his extensive knowledge in custom residential construction, he has a Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University with a concentration in design.
