The Planning

Give us a call! We're friendly and we like to talk! One quick phone call gives you a wealth of knowledge on where to start. We'll discuss your vision, lifestyle needs, and help you find the perfect house plan - whether it's one of our existing designs or something completely custom-tailored to you.

Site Evaluation

We provide a "no strings attached" site evaluation on your chosen lot. You'll meet with your construction supervisor to determine home positioning, tree clearing needs, and available utilities.

Select the Details

We'll work with you early to select materials and finishes that match your sense of home. Everything gets itemized into a "Description of Materials" to minimize questions and keep your project on budget and timeline.

Construction

With a clear plan in place, your house begins to take shape! We manage all permits, inspections, deliveries, and skilled craftsmen. You can be as involved as you like or leave it all to us with total peace of mind. Visit anytime and check progress photos on our website. 5-6 months average

Completion & Beyond

Final walk-through ensures everything is perfect, but that's not the end! We do an additional walk-through one year after closing and remain available for help. You'll receive your 10-year transferable warranty, energy rating report, sub-contractor contact list, and decorating sheet.
